Rotary Club Of Dubai Jumeirah Comes Forward To Support Senses NGO Distributed Clothes During Ramdan Among Children
Dubai based NGO works for childern Dubai local woman floats Senses Center for people vested of Determination in Dubai in 2004.

A local woman who has been into active social services close to 20 long years, floated a Senses Center for People of Determination in Dubai in 2004.

In Dubai learnt about the Senses  in 2009 when it was reeling through acute financial crisis and was close to shutting down.

Since then they they got dabbled into holding events in the center and creating awareness among the businesses community to support them. Three of their members got associated with the Board of Sensex and continue to be involved in it till date.

Reportedly, there are 110 students from 18 different nationalities and various differently-abled people. The majority of these students are residents and 22 of them are orphans.

Amid the Covid19 pandemic, the Center was under total lock-down and none were allowed to step in or out.

During the holy month of Ramadan they couldn’t organise their annual gathering at the Center. Hence, decided to raise funds to buy Eid Clothings for 80 kids stuck inside.

They managed to collect nearly 200 sets of new clothes including socks and shoes for the kids. Also managed to sponsor a sanitizing machine worth $2000 with the able support from one of the Corporations
